Musculosketal Pain

Acute pain in joints, tendons, ligaments, or muscles are usually caused by an injury resulting in stiffness, swelling, and restricted movement. Muscle and joint pain can also be caused by poor posture, inactivity, aging or symptoms of stress and anxiety. Some of the musculoskeletal disorders where homeopathic medicines have been proved successful are Osteoarthritis, rheumatism, fibromyalgia, muscle spasms, tendinitis, rotary cuff syndrome, ankylosing spondylitis, intervertebral disc disorders, neck pain, torticollis, and spinal stenosis.


This condition is brought on by wearing of the cartilage that lines the joints due to age, injury, overuse or obesity resulting in pain, limited movement and inflammation. it often starts in the fingers and affects weight bearing joints of the hips, knees and spine.


This is a term used for muscle pain which may be a result of joint problems, viral infection or food allergies. The pain intensity may vary depending on the weather or hormonal changes and is further aggravated by stress and tension.


Spasms occur in the muscles when there is a lack of oxygen, waste buildup, loss of sodium due to excessive sweating or during pregnancy. Common causes include too much activity, prolonged sitting or standing and unusual positions.

Restless Leg

Involuntary twitching or jerking of the lower leg with symptoms such as tickling, prickling or burning. This condition is attributed to problems with the nervous system or a symptom of overexertion and fatigue. It may also be a result of vitamin B deficiency, diabetes, caffeine, drug withdrawal or food allergies.
